The role emphasizes A/B testing, CRO, and accessibility, with a hybrid/remote-friendly setup. Candidates should bring strong design tooling skills and basic HTML/CSS to support cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or 4+ years in high-volume production/agency.
• Strong experience designing PPC landing pages for Google Ads, Facebook Ads.
• Proven ability to design engaging social, search, and display ads.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma; familiar with landing page builders.
• Understanding of responsive design, CRO, and accessibility.
• Basic HTML/CSS to collaborate with developers.
• Performance-driven mindset—analyze data and refine designs.

Responsibilities

• Design PPC landing pages for Google Ads, Facebook Ads and other digital campaigns.
• Create and optimize static and animated ads for search, social, and programmatic campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing strategists and developers to meet objectives and specs.
• Conduct A/B testing and iterate based on performance insights.
• Maintain brand consistency while tailoring designs to clients.
• Contribute to website redesign efforts to enhance digital presence and UX.
• Support design maintenance queue and develop full website projects.
