Eide Bailly is seeking a Wealth Transition Services Tax Manager to advise on estate planning from a tax perspective and to lead multi-disciplinary engagements for high-net-worth clients across the United States.

The role requires strong communication skills, a CPA/EA/JD/LLM taxation background, and the ability to mentor staff while expanding client relationships and business opportunities. This is a hybrid opportunity with a focus on strategic tax planning and client service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or equivalent.
• Active CPA, Enrolled Agent, or JD/LLM (taxation) license.
• 4–8 years of tax and estate planning experience in public accounting or law firms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead large estate/gift/GST planning engagements.

Responsibilities

• Advise on estate planning from a tax perspective for cash flow and estate distribution.
• Coordinate and manage large tax engagements across the firm.
• Develop business and network with clients.
• Mentor staff and coach team members.
