Eide Bailly is seeking a Wealth Transition Services Tax Manager to advise on estate planning from a tax perspective. You will work with high net worth clients, manage client relationships, and lead tax planning engagements.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, an active CPA, Enrolled Agent license, or JD/LLM (taxation), along with 4-8 years of relevant experience. The position offers significant benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in tax planning and estate planning in public accounting, law firms, or related fields.
• Ability to lead and coordinate large estate/gift/GST tax planning engagements.
• Experience developing business and networking.

Responsibilities

• Advise and consult on the estate planning process and tax perspective.
• Review legal documents related to estate and business succession planning.
• Provide tax planning and consulting services to high net worth clients.
• Conduct technical research on estate, gift, GST tax planning and compliance.
• Manage client relationships and business development.
• Coach and mentor staff.
