Ethos is seeking experienced directors of wealth management to help train AI models on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. The role focuses on turning client cash-flow and retirement planning into clear, actionable AI-ready outputs.

You will work remotely, with flexible hours (5-20 per week), starting ASAP. Requires the ability to craft precise documents, spreadsheets, and slides and to communicate effectively in writing.

Qualifications

• 4+ years advising individual clients on household cash-flow planning, debt payoff scheduling, and retirement drawdown modeling.
• Turn scattered accounts and goals into a clear, goals-based financial plan clients can follow.
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with excellent written communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated financial documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows.
• Support flexible, remote engagement with clients on budgeting, saving, and financial planning.
• Communicate clearly and professionally to translate complex financial concepts into actionable plans.
