Ethos is connecting independent financial advisers to train a leading AI language model on professional documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. We seek experienced advisers with 4+ years guiding individuals on budgeting, saving, retirement drawdown, and debt payoff to craft clear, goals-based financial plans.

Formación

• 4+ years advising individual clients on budgeting, debt payoff, and retirement drawdown modeling
• Ability to translate scattered accounts into a clear, goals-based financial plan
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship with strong written communication

• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks.
• Translate client goals into actionable, goals-based financial plans.
