Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years with Schwab Advisor Services custodian platform required.
• Experience with LPL Financial custodian is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of wealth management account types and admin processes.
• Proficiency with custodian portals, document management, and RIA/broker-dealer workflows.
• Strong written English communication for client-facing correspondence.
• High attention to detail and accuracy with financial paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Custodian Operations: process account openings, transfers and maintenance to keep client accounts accurate.
• Client Account Administration: prepare/submit forms and letters for custodians.
• Advisor Support: day-to-day admin support to advisory team and coordination.
• CRM and Records Management: maintain client records and update internal systems.
• Correspondence and Follow-Up: handle routine client and custodian communications; flag time-sensitive items.
• Compliance-Minded Documentation: maintain files per registered investment advisor standards.
