Job summary

Pathwise Wealth Partners, a wealth management firm in the Bay Area and San Diego, is seeking a permanently remote Client Service Operations Associate to join the team. The role supports advisors, onboarding, and client service workflows from a home office with equipment provided.

The position is open to candidates in Pacific and Mountain time zones and offers a Monday–Friday schedule. Compensation ranges $80K-$100K with a 401(k) company contribution, generous PTO, and a collaborative environment

Qualifications

• 3 years of financial services experience.
• Remote working experience required.
• Strong client communication via email and phone.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client requests in a timely and accurate manner.
• Assist Advisors with client meeting prep and follow-up tasks.
• Onboard new clients including account setup, data collection, and transfers.
• Process account opening applications and related paperwork.
• Manage annual client service workflows (beneficiary audits, plan updates, tax document gathering).
• Support private equity administration including subscription agreements and wire requests.
