The role supports dams and levees projects, offering remote work from a home office with occasional travel to Blue Bell and Altoona, PA for site activities and team collaboration. You will lead hydraulic modeling, spillway design, flood hazard analyses, and risk assessments while mentoring junior staff and contributing to business development.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in science or engineering (required).
MS/PhD in related field preferred.
5+ years related experience; 7+ preferred.
Experience with hydrologic studies for dams and probabilistic flood analyses.
Strong leadership, communication, and project-management skills.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership to expand hydraulic engineering within Dams and Levees.
Design and evaluate spillways, outlet works, and hydraulic structures.
Conduct flood hazard studies and dam breach modeling.
Lead multi-disciplinary project teams and manage scopes, budgets, and schedules.
Support business development, mentoring, and client interactions.
Prepare technical reports, memos, plans, and proposals.
