Job summary

Colorado Parks and Wildlife seeks a Water Project Mitigation Coordinator to lead interdisciplinary CPW teams in evaluating water development projects and developing mitigation recommendations. You will coordinate technical reviews, integrate habitat and recreation considerations, and support FWMP development with state agencies.

Ideal candidates bring eight years of experience in water resources, environmental permitting, and interagency collaboration, with strong analytical and communication

Qualifications

• Eight (8) years of relevant experience in federal environmental permitting, water project development, water law, public policy with a focus in water, water resources, water supply planning, ecosystem management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CPW's technical review in environmental review, permitting and consultation processes including NEPA, FWA, and CWA.
