Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in underwriting or actuarial roles.
• Experience in health plan or insurance company.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies to maximize market penetration and profitability.
• Direct underwriting of large group new business and renewals.
• Lead underwriting metrics and reporting to leadership.
