Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive B2B SaaS sales leadership experience.
• Proven track record of building and scaling SaaS sales organizations.
• Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, and sales operations.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and scale the Visual Matrix Sales organization.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, coach, and develop Account Executives.
• Own new ARR performance and deliver against revenue objectives.
• Establish recurring pipeline reviews, forecasting, and deal inspections.
• Develop repeatable sales processes to improve pipeline conversion and productivity.
• Lead outbound prospecting while maximizing inbound opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to improve demand generation and lead quality.
• Partner with Customer Success for seamless transitions and growth opportunities.
• Communicate customer feedback and market trends with Product and Leadership.
• Leverage AI tools to improve coaching, forecasting, and sales performance.
