Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• Advanced degree (MBA/Data Science/Statistics/Analytics/IS or related) preferred.
• Certifications in analytics, cloud, AI, project management, or business intelligence preferred.
• Ten years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Establishes and executes the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for Data Analytics in alignment with Sedgwick's objectives.
• Serves as executive advisor on analytics strategy, data-driven decision making, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Drives enterprise-wide adoption of analytics solutions to improve performance, outcomes, and productivity.
• Partners with business leaders to identify opportunities, risks, and trends through advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Develops multi-year analytics investment strategies and business cases; establishes KPIs and tracks value realization.
• Oversees design, development, and deployment of enterprise analytics, BI, ML, and AI solutions.
• Leads data governance, reporting standards, and regulatory compliance in analytics.
• Collaborates with technology and stakeholders to ensure data assets are accessible and secure.
• Builds and mentors high-performing analytics teams; drives workforce planning and career development.
