Job summary

Consilio LLC seeks a Senior Vice President, Legal Services to balance high-quality service delivery with operational efficiency across the vertical. The role emphasizes productivity, resource management, supervision, QA, and maintaining consistent processes under the Consilio banner.

The incumbent will lead a distributed team, drive strategic planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional initiatives while partnering with SVP for eDiscovery to meet client requirements and uphold the True North

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in related roles.
• Experience managing a large organization or team.
• Proven experience leading a distributed team, with hiring, coaching and performance management.
• Extensive knowledge of Project Management as a discipline, especially related to eDiscovery.
• Understanding of HR, Finance, Marketing, and Technology functions.
• Proven ability to manage distributed teams to tight timelines and high expectations.
• Strong strategic planning and business development capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct forecasting, resource allocation, and utilization across the vertical to ensure staffing aligns with project needs.
• Manage client relationships and provide executive-level support to sales and client teams.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and engagement of a distributed workforce.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation strategies; serve as escalation point for PM issues.
• Standardize processes and maintain consistency of the Consilio delivery model across the vertical.
• Forecast headcount and manage P&L in line with utilization targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, including automation and new service offerings.
