Greenbox Capital seeks a VP of Credit Risk & Analytics to own the full credit lifecycle, shaping strategy, pricing, and portfolio health. This leadership role reports to the COO and guides the Risk & Analytics function across the organization.

You’ll drive decisioning, manage risk-adjusted revenue, and influence profitability, capital efficiency, and long-term scalability within a remote US framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field is required.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in credit risk with direct ownership of portfolio performance.
• 3+ years in a director-level or higher leadership role managing teams.
• Experience in small business lending, alternative finance, or non-prime environments preferred.
• Proven track record of making credit and pricing decisions with measurable business impact.
• Experience operating at an executive level with strong cross-functional influence.

Responsibilities

• Credit Strategy & Portfolio Ownership - Drive portfolio performance, risk appetite, and policy direction.
• Pricing Strategy & Optimization - Balance competitiveness and profitability across segments.
