Job summary

Concordance Healthcare Solutions LLC is seeking a Vice President of Acute Sales to lead a sales team, acquire new customers, and drive revenue growth. This role involves high‑level client engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and strategic market development across regions or remote settings.

The successful candidate will manage P&L, coach senior teams, and collaborate with directors to optimize profitability while maintaining strong relationships with C‑suite executives.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years in healthcare sales, management, or related areas.
• Proven leadership of high performing teams across geographies.
• Experience with business development and account management incl. GPOs/IDNs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach sales team to meet revenue and profit targets.
• Drive new customer acquisition and ensure retention.
• Align multi‑market strategy with corporate goals.
• Negotiate contracts and terms with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with regional directors to maximize support and outcomes.
