LILT is seeking professional voice talents for exciting AI language projects. We welcome native English speakers with voice acting, narration, or streaming experience and access to a home recording setup. Contractors can license their voice for AI/TTS training and may undergo a vetting test.

Qualifications

• Native speaker of the target locale.
• Experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
• Access to a home recording setup (software, microphone, headset/speakers, audio interface).
• Able to follow specific technical requirements when recording (volume, naming, format, gaps, quality).
• Able to provide demo or voiceover samples.
• Open to licensing voice for AI voice cloning / TTS training.
• May undergo a test in our module for vetting.

Responsibilities

• Record voice assets for AI and language projects according to project briefs.
• Maintain natural pauses, pacing, and clear enunciation.
• Meet tight delivery deadlines and communicate progress to project teams.
• Provide voice samples and collaborate with directors for direction.
