The 711th Human Performance Wing (711 HPW), headquartered at Wright-Patterson AFB in Ohio, is the first human-centric warfare wing to consolidate human performance research, education, and consultation under a single organization. Established under the AFRL, it comprises the Human Effectiveness Directorate and the USAF School of Aerospace Medicine. The Wing offers unparalleled capabilities through world-class infrastructure and a diverse workforce of military, civilian, and contractor personnel across 75 occupational specialties.
The contractor shall provide qualified personnel to perform tasks outlined in this PWS, supporting USAFSAM Department of Aerospace Medicine, FES, and FESO. Responsibilities include supporting embedded medical providers with evidence-based practices and real-time data analytics dashboards focused on musculoskeletal and mental health risks at the squadron level, conducting data audits, research, and evaluating program effectiveness.
Experience with health analytics and USAF data is preferred.
Support includes office/laboratory space, equipment, supplies, and access to necessary software and hardware, complying with DoD policies. Support may be on-site or off-site, with the contractor responsible for providing personnel and equipment as required.
Work will be at WPAFB or remotely, starting 25 July 2025. Work hours are typically Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM, with flexibility for after-hours support. US citizenship is required; travel may be necessary with prior approval. All personnel require a Tier 1 background check and OPSEC training. Security measures include encryption and restricted access to sensitive data. Deliverables include monthly status reports and scientific reports, with all data owned by 711 HPW/RH.
