Placements24 is seeking a junior Retail Visual Merchandiser to join a fully remote team. You’ll support the visual merchandising group by developing attractive displays that drive sales and reinforce brand identity across digital and physical touchpoints.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Visual Arts, Interior Design, Fashion Merchandising, or related field.
• Basic understanding of retail visual merchandising principles.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
• Strong aesthetics, color sense, and spatial awareness.
• Excellent organizational skills for remote work.
• Keen interest in retail with proactive learning.

Responsibilities

• Assist in conceptualization and design of visual merchandising displays for retail channels.
• Create and maintain visual merchandising guidelines and planograms.
• Source props and materials for display setups.
• Support senior merchandising with product styling and photography for online/marketing use.
• Conduct remote analysis of visual display effectiveness and suggest improvements.
• Stay updated on visual merchandising trends and competitor activities.
