Job summary

French Florist is seeking a talented Visual Designer to join our Brand & Creative team. You will bring the luxury Florist brand to life across digital, presentation, and marketing touchpoints.

You will collaborate with the Design Director to craft brand systems, design production-ready assets, and support seasonal storytelling for national expansion. A keen eye for typography and editorial composition is essential.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years experience in brand design, graphic design, or visual design.
• Strong typography discipline and attention to layout detail.
• Portfolio demonstrating refined taste, restraint, and visual hierarchy.
• Fluency in Figma for digital and product design collaboration.
• Exceptional presentation design skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Experience using AI image generation tools such as Midjourney is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-quality brand design across digital, marketing, and presentation materials
• Maintain strong visual consistency across all French Florist brand touchpoints
• Collaborate with the Design Director to evolve and refine the brand system
• Translate creative direction into polished, production-ready design
• Design clear, compelling presentation decks for leadership, franchisees, and internal teams
• Build visual narratives that support storytelling and strategic communication
• Ensure presentation materials reflect the premium feel of the French Florist brand
• Support website and digital experience design in Figma
• Create and maintain design components, layouts, and assets that align with brand standards
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to ensure design quality across digital channels
• Produce assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and seasonal brand storytelling
• Utilize tools such as Photoshop and emerging AI image generation tools to support creative exploration and visual production
• Help build visual worlds around seasonal brand moments
