Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an emerging Visual Designer to create compelling visual content that supports global marketing, communications, and brand initiatives across digital, social, web, presentation, email, and print channels.

You will join the Global Design Studio, collaborating with designers, creative leads, strategists, copywriters, and marketing teams to develop engaging creative solutions and advance your design skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Digital Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of professional design experience (internship, agency, or in-house).
• Strong portfolio showing design fundamentals and brand thinking.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

Responsibilities

• Create high-quality visual assets for digital, social, web, presentations, email campaigns, print, and marketing communications.
• Apply Cognizant brand guidelines consistently from concept through final execution.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, marketers, and project stakeholders to develop engaging creative solutions.
• Prepare assets for digital and print production and optimize files for delivery.
