Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Visual Design Lead to shape the visual direction of digital experiences in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. You will guide design systems, motion, and product storytelling, partnering with UX, engineering and leadership to ensure a polished, on-brand look across digital products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, UI/UX design, or related field.
• Strong visual design skills for complex digital products.
• Portfolio showcasing exceptional digital product design.
• 6+ years in visual UI/UX design for complex products.
• 6+ years collaborating in creative teams, product or consultancy.

Responsibilities

• Define the look and feel of digital experiences with leadership.
• Create and guide visual and motion design standards for digital products.
• Collaborate with UX designers to deliver on-brand experiences.
• Lead the development of exemplary visual design work.
• Enhance presentation and prototyping through visuals and motion.
• Guide engineering teams to high-standard visual execution.
• Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Communicate effectively with internal colleagues and stakeholders.
