Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando, FL is seeking a Virtual Sales Trainer to conduct training sessions for new and rehired sales representatives. The role requires excellent communication and a valid Orlando Real Estate License.

As a Trainer, you will be responsible for keeping sales leaders informed of training progress and diagnosing performance improvement goals. Full availability to work weekends and holidays in the Virtual Sales Office is required. A comprehensive benefits package is offered to associates working over 30 hours per week.

Qualifications

• 1 year current or previous Wyndham Sales Experience.
• President's Club Winner preferred.
• Full availability required to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Sales Orientation training sessions for new and rehired sales representatives.
• Keep sales leaders informed of training progress and identify problem areas.
• Conduct weekly training for new Sales Representatives for the first 90 days.
