Lincoln Investment is seeking a Virtual Sales Assistant in the Philadelphia area to support financial advisors and clients with non-solicited business. You will process orders, coordinate meetings, prepare paperwork, and help with financial planning data gathering.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, multitasking, and CRM experience, with 2–5 years in financial sales support and a preparedness for Series 6/7. Equal opportunity employer.

Qualificações

• Experience in customer service is required.
• 2–5 years in a financial sales assistant role preferred.
• Series 6/7 is preferred but not required.
• Bachelor's degree or relevant industry experience preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Point of contact for assigned advisors' clients with non-solicited requests, providing prompt, efficient service.
• Prepare and submit paperwork for client meetings and account openings.
• Process financial and non-financial requests.
• Mailings and communications to clients via mail/email on advisor instruction.
• Maintain advisor calendars and coordinate meetings and travel.
• Support development of financial plans and gather client data.
• Enter leads in CRM and schedule appointments for prospects.
• Assist in marketing sponsored events and prioritize tasks under pressure.
