Qualifications

• Entry-level welcome; training provided.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Must have reliable internet and computer.
• Willing to obtain Life & Health Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients virtually through Zoom/phone appointments and provide benefits information.
• Explain life, accident, and health insurance options clearly.
• Ask questions to identify client needs and priorities.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on client requirements.
• Assist clients through applications and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation.
• Deliver ongoing client service and build long-term relationships.
