Job summary

CrowdGen by Appen is seeking Vietnamese native speakers in the United States to participate as Independent Contractors for a voice data collection project. You will record 150 scripted prompts on your smartphone using the Appen Mobile app, reading clearly and naturally to help train speech recognition systems.

Project is remote, operates on a 2-hour session basis, and payments are issued upon completion. Applicants must be 18+, reside in the United States, and own a compatible smartphone.

Qualifications

• Must be a native Vietnamese speaker.
• Must currently reside in the United States.
• Must be 18 years old or older.
• Must have a smartphone compatible with the Appen Mobile app.

Responsibilities

• Record 150 short, scripted prompts using the Appen Mobile app.
• Read prompts clearly and naturally to produce high-quality audio.
• Complete the 2-hour session and follow the provided guidelines.
• Your payment is issued after completing the full session, with proportional adjustments if fewer prompts are assigned.
