You will handle videography, editing, motion graphics, and visual storytelling in a remote-capable role with travel to the San Juan Capistrano area and nationwide sites.

The ideal candidate brings strong Adobe CC skills, a compelling portfolio, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a collaborative remote environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent professional experience in videography/visual media.
• 2+ years in videography, video production, or related roles.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud including Premiere Pro, After Effects, Audition, Photoshop, and Media Encoder.
• Portfolio showing video production, motion graphics, and graphic design work.

Responsibilities

• Capture, edit, and produce high-quality video content for training and promotional initiatives.
• Assist across all phases of video production from planning to post-production.
• Set up cameras, lighting, and audio for professional shoots.
• Direct on-camera talent and conduct interviews for storytelling.
• Design visual assets and motion graphics to support learning content.
