Job summary

AuraOne in the US is seeking a remote contractor to review AI outputs in smartphone video recording tasks. You will assess workflow alignment, policy adherence, and stakeholder fit, then document the recommended next steps to enable model training. You will apply multi-page rubrics across long batches, provide clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow, and flag issues with appropriate severity. You must be available asynchronously for at least 10 hours weekly.

• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across long batches.
• Clear written reasoning that names the policy or workflow being applied.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Review AI outputs against Gravador(a) de Vídeos com Smartphone workflows, playbooks and firm policy.
• Grade tone, escalation logic, and stakeholder fit on a structured rubric.
• Flag operational risk, missed escalations, and policy-adherence gaps with severity tags.
• Capture the right next step so the modeling team can train on it.
• Adjudicate disputed playbook calls using firm guidance.
• Maintain reviewer-quality scores in inter-rater calibration cycles.
