Job summary

TLNT is seeking a Senior Editor to be the craft-and-consistency engine behind our branded and social video. You’ll own the edit from brief to final export in Adobe Premiere, shaping the story, pacing, and delivery across formats for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

You’ll work independently on underdeveloped briefs, maintain meticulous project hygiene, and ensure brand consistency. Bonus for After Effects, color grading, and a native sense for social landings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional editing experience for branded/social video.
• Expert-level Adobe Premiere Pro proficiency across editing, audio, and format exports.
• Strong storytelling instincts and ability to justify editorial choices.
• Ability to work independently from a brief, including ambiguous briefs.
• Disciplined file management and project hygiene with clear naming/versioning.
• Familiarity with music and audio licensing best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables and deadlines without quality loss.
• Overlap daily with PST/LA HexQuarters hours.
• Basic motion graphics capability in After Effects is a plus.
• Color grading experience in Lumetri or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
• Experience adhering to client/agency brand style guides is a plus.
• Knowledge of social platform delivery specs (IG, TikTok, YouTube) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Branded & Social Editing: Cut high-quality branded and social video from brief to final delivery in Premiere—ownership of story, pacing, sound design, and export across formats.
• Editorial Judgment: Make storytelling and structural calls on complex, multi-deliverable projects.
• Independent Brief Execution: Take briefs of any maturity and run with them independently, filling gaps with editorial judgment.
• Consistent, On-Deadline Delivery: Maintain a high-quality ceiling while meeting deadlines across multiple projects.
• File Management & Project Hygiene: Keep files named and versioned for easy hand-offs and revisions.
• Brand Consistency: Edit within brand/style guides to ensure on-brand deliverables.
• Multi-Platform Delivery: Master export settings for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Motion & Color (as needed): Add basic motion graphics and perform color grading to finish deliverables.
• Creative Feedback: Give and receive constructive feedback across revision rounds.
