Job summary

Collier.Simon, a Los Angeles-based independent creative agency, is seeking a full-time Video Editor & Motion Designer who blends traditional craft with AI experimentation. You will edit and animate across OTT, broadcast, and digital assets, collaborating daily with the Creative Director, Head of Production, art directors, and copywriters.

The role emphasizes sound-on and sound-off storytelling, rapid iteration, and staying current with AI-powered tools.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of video editing and motion design experience in an agency, studio, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Edit video content across formats (16:9 for OTT and broadcast, sizzle reels, PMAX, social content) from inception to delivery.
• Design and produce motion graphics for broadcast, OTT, digital campaigns and other channels.
• Ensure deliverables are on-brand, technically sound and deliverable-ready.
• Collaborate with Creative Director, Head of Production, art directors, and copywriters throughout the process.
• Present work-in-progress cuts and final assets to internal teams and clients as needed.
• Maintain organized project files and adhere to delivery standards.
• Bring AI tools and workflow thinking to the table to improve efficiency across video and motion production.
• Contribute to evolving internal video and motion practices as the team grows.
• This is a fully remote role requiring impeccable communication and collaboration.
