Job summary

Babel Audio is seeking participants for remote, freelance five-minute video conversations with another participant. You will engage naturally, listen, react, and respond with genuine interest while maintaining clear video and audio quality.

Compensation is $50 per recorded hour, with additional performance-based incentives possible. Applicants must be based in the United States or Canada and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Speak with a General American accent (the non-regional accent typical of U.S. national broadcast media). Applicants of any nationality or first-language background are welcome.
• Comfortable speaking confidently on camera and engaging with new people.
• Able to maintain good lighting, stable framing, and clear audio throughout recordings.
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to follow project guidelines carefully.
