Thrive Pet Healthcare is seeking a Multisite Veterinary Relations Manager to strengthen referral networks and support Thrive’s specialty services across Dallas/Fort Worth-area hospitals. Qualifications

• Has extensive knowledge of hospital operations, doctors, processes, and policies.
• Must reside in the Dallas/Fort Worth area and be able to travel to clinics.
• Minimum 3+ years in Veterinary marketing or related field; 5+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between practices and referring veterinarians to support referral growth.
• Lead multi‑site marketing initiatives and coordinate CE events across hospitals.
• Collaborate with hospital leadership, specialists and CSR to optimize referral processes.
• Monitor referral metrics and report to leadership monthly.
