Connect with a Vet is seeking licensed veterinarians to deliver remote care to pet parents across the United States. You’ll conduct video consultations, provide medical guidance, and help expand access to veterinary services from your home.

We offer full-time and part-time options with set weekly schedules, evening/weekend shift differentials, and a supportive, collaborative virtual team dedicated to compassionate care.

Qualifications

• DVM/VMD with active license is required.
• Experience with small animal cases in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication with pet parents and team members.
• Comfortable using telemedicine platforms and video consultations.
• Ability to maintain accurate medical records and comply with telemedicine regulations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct video-based virtual consultations with pet parents.

About the Role

Connect with a Vet is looking for experienced veterinarians to deliver high-quality virtual care to pet parents across the U.S. You’ll conduct video-based consultations, support pet parents with medical guidance, and help expand access to veterinary care, all from your home

• Full-time with set weekly schedules, shift differentials for evenings/weekends
• Part-time with consistent weekly availability, shift differentials for evenings/weekends
• Includes evenings, weekends, and some late-night shifts (up to 3:15am EST)

What You'll Do

• Conduct virtual consultations with pet parents
• Assess, diagnose, and guide treatment when appropriate
• Educate and support pet parents through telemedicine
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Ensure compliance with telemedicine and VCPR regulations

What You'll Need

• DVM/VMD (or equivalent)
• Active veterinary license in good standing (multi-state a plus)
• 3+ years small animal experience
• Strong communication and decision-making skills
• Comfortable with technology and virtual care platforms
• Quiet, reliable workspace + high-speed internet
• Acquire and maintain licensure in good standing in any states where licensure is necessary to provide telemedicine services
