Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Contact individuals who requested information about available benefit programs
• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom
• Review supplemental benefit options with veterans and their families
• Guide clients through enrollment with clarity, professionalism, and care
• Maintain accurate digital documentation and follow-up communication
• Provide responsive support throughout the client experience
• Participate in team coaching sessions, mentorship calls, and professional development programs
• Build strong client relationships through consistency and trust
