Job summary

Dutch Vet is seeking Credentialed Veterinary Technicians to join our growing telehealth team for in-person vaccine events. This 1099 contractor role offers weekend availability with the flexibility to work across multiple clinics per day.

You’ll support clients via telehealth, administer vaccines, and document medical records, all under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. The role suits tech-savvy, client-focused professionals committed to high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with LVT/CVT/RVT credentials.
• 2–3+ years clinical experience in small animal veterinary medicine.
• Empathetic, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Vaccine handling, storage, and reconstitution; sharps safety.
• Emergency response and basic CPR procedures.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed veterinarian.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients and provide education and guidance on pet health.
• Administer canine and/or feline vaccines when appropriate.
• Appropriately update patient records in the EMR.
• Collaborate across teams to improve processes and workflows.
• Participate in training and telehealth process improvements.
• Deliver high-quality client care following clinical protocols.
• Adapt to a fast-paced environment and grow into expanded duties.
