Dutch Vet is seeking Credentialed Veterinary Technicians to join our growing telehealth team for in-person vaccine events. This 1099 contractor role offers weekend availability with the flexibility to work across multiple clinics per day.

You’ll support clients via telehealth, administer vaccines, and document medical records, all under the supervision of a licensed veterinarian. The role suits tech-savvy, client-focused professionals committed to high-quality care.

Formación

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician with LVT/CVT/RVT credentials.
• 2–3+ years clinical experience in small animal veterinary medicine.
• Empathetic, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Vaccine handling, storage, and reconstitution; sharps safety.
• Emergency response and basic CPR procedures.
• Ability to work under supervision of a licensed veterinarian.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (LVT, CVT, RVT)
• 2-3+ years of clinical experience in small animal veterinary medicine; emergency or specialty experience is a plus
• Empathetic, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced, remote-first environment
• Proper vaccine handling, storage, and reconstitution
• Sharps safety and appropriate disposal
• Emergency response and basic CPR procedures
• Comfortable with safe restraint and handling of dogs and cats
• Able to recognize and appropriately respond to potential vaccine reactions and other medical concerns
• Strong understanding of veterinary medical records and documentation
• Ability to work under the supervision and protocols of a licensed veterinarian
• Previous vaccine clinic, wellness, general practice, shelter, or high-volume veterinary experience preferred

You’ll be supported by our on-site Veterinarian, Vet Support team, and a streamlined platform that helps you focus on what you do best: providing excellent care to pets and peace of mind to their people.

Shifts typically take place in any of the following areas: Austin, Beaumont, Brownsville, El Paso, Harlingen, Highland Village, Laredo, McAllen, Midland, Montgomery, Odessa, Prosper, and San Angelo.
