Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Source and enroll founders actively raising capital.
• Close client engagements and onboard them into Initio Raise.
• Lead 60-day fundraising engagements from start to finish.
• Run weekly strategy sessions with founders for investor targeting.
• Oversee investor pipeline and track performance across outreach.
