Job summary

Samsara in the United States is seeking a Third-Party Security Risk Management Analyst to own end-to-end risk assessments for key vendors and partners, overseeing tiering, onboarding, reassessments, and remediation.

You will partner with Legal, Procurement, and system owners to ensure security terms in contracts, build metrics dashboards for leadership, and support audits (ISO, SOC, FedRAMP) while mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in third‑party/vendor risk management, GRC, or information security compliance.
• Experience using automation, scripting, or low-code workflows to scale vendor risk programs.
• Hands-on experience running vendor security assessments and managing vendor tiering.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end third-party security risk assessments for Samsara's vendors and partners; determine risk ratings and tiering.
• Own the vendor reassessment cadence and drive remediation of security gaps throughout the lifecycle.
• Review vendor contracts and onboarding requests to ensure security requirements are in place before go-live.
