Job summary

Centene is seeking a vendor administration coordinator who will act as a liaison between vendors and internal teams. The role requires at least 1 year of related experience and an Associate's degree, with a Bachelor's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Interact with vendors and internal departments as liaison.
• Respond promptly to vendor inquiries and complete authorizations.
• Monitor SharePoint, fax queues, and CMS work queues; fix issues.
• Assist with vendor reports and monthly/quarterly compliance reviews.
• Prepare/vendor audit universe for CMS submission and audits.
• Participate in joint operating committee meetings and gather metrics.
