Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, Compliance, or related field; or equivalent education/experience
• 5+ years in healthcare compliance, regulatory oversight, delegated entity oversight, vendor management, or related healthcare operations
• Thorough knowledge of Medicare Advantage and Part D regulatory requirements, CMS guidance
• Knowledge of healthcare compliance program elements, risk assessment, regulatory monitoring practices
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into operational processes, controls, and procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify compliance risks and action plans
• Experience conducting compliance reviews, monitoring activities, investigations or audit support
• Excellent written and verbal communication across organizational levels

Responsibilities

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, classification, delegation assessments, contract management and oversight
• Review and maintain vendor documentation, contracts, inventories, compliance records
• Monitor vendor and related entity performance, identify risks and support corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with Medicare Advantage, CMS, DMHC, contractual and organizational requirements
• Develop, maintain, and review policies, procedures, and operational guidance
• Prepare regulatory, compliance, and operational reports and metrics
• Support audits, inquiries, and audit-readiness activities
• Investigate and elevate potential compliance issues and risks
• Coordinate governance activities, including committee materials and minutes
• Maintain vendor management systems and SharePoint resources, guiding stakeholders
