Job summary

Motus is seeking a Customer Service professional to join as a Vehicle Support Specialist. You will learn the foundation of our business by serving as the front-line to our customer base and guiding administrators and end-users across Motus’ product suite.

This entry-level SaaS role offers thorough training, cross-functional collaboration, and growth as you assist end-users via phone, email, and web chat, building transferable skills and customer expertise.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of customer support experience in a B2B/SaaS environment.
• Fluent in French or Spanish (read, speak, and write) is a plus.
• Exemplary verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Zendesk is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Resolve and respond to customer requests and issues via phone, email, and webchat within service levels.
• Delight client administrators with a customer-centric approach to resolution.
• Lead customers' expectations to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Record and monitor all customer cases and tasks in the Motus ticketing system.
• Serve as SME on designated Motus products and support tasks and processes.
