Job summary

The One Guard Inspector role is a remote-based position focused on inspecting automobiles for mechanical failures and documenting findings via One Guard’s online portal.

This role requires detailed written reporting, the ability to communicate results to repair facilities, and travel to automotive repair facilities as needed. Three years of dealership or aftermarket repair experience is expected; ASE certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• Three years of car dealership experience or aftermarket repair facility experience as an automotive technician.
• Ability to identify and describe engine, transmission and other mechanical failures.
• Proficient in composing a comprehensive written inspection report.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform automobile inspections for mechanical failures of various systems.
• Document findings clearly and upload reports with photos/videos to the online portal.
• Coordinate with repair facilities to schedule inspections and report results.
• Submit fluid samples for further analysis when required.
