Job summary

Hallford Travels is seeking a Remote Vacation Planning Specialist to assist clients with vacation planning, coordinate travel arrangements, and guide them through the booking process from a remote work environment.

You will provide excellent service, respond to questions, research options including vacation packages, cruises, tours, and hotels, and stay informed on promotions and supplier updates while supporting clients before and after travel.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Comfortable using email, online platforms, and basic computer tools.
• Organized with strong attention to detail.

• Previous experience in customer service or travel is helpful but not required.
