No travel industry experience is required, and you will be trained to assist clients across a wide range of travel experiences.

Job description

We are looking for individuals with great customer service and communication skills who are detail-oriented and enjoy assisting clients in planning and booking vacations, cruises, hotels, resorts, car rentals, theme park tickets, and more. No previous travel industry experience is required!

Responsibilities

• Help clients coordinate vacations, cruises, hotel stays, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences
• Explore travel options that align with clients' preferences, needs, and budgets
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the planning and booking process
• Keep up with supplier promotions, travel deals, and special offers
• Keep client information and reservation records accurate and organized
• Develop long-term client relationships by providing personalized service and support
