You will ensure alignment with policies, playbooks, and established processes, acting as the final quality gate before escalation. You will grade tone, escalation paths, and stakeholder fit using a structured rubric, flagging gaps, and capturing the recommended next steps for training the model.

Qualifications

• Direct experience with VA Eligibility Specialist operations on real teams.
• Ability to apply multi-page rubrics consistently across large batches.
• Clear written reasoning naming the policy or workflow applied.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to flag prompts issues.
• Reliable async availability for at least 10 hours per week.
