Bobbie is seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead to own end-to-end design for our subscription and ecommerce experiences. You’ll partner with the Director of Digital Product, Product Managers, and Engineers to elevate UX, maintain the design system, and mentor external contractors through the full UX/UI lifecycle.

You will design for mobile and web, drive research, and apply WCAG accessibility standards while collaborating with Creative, Platform, Lifecycle, and Brand to ensure a consistent Bobbie

Qualifications

• Extensive UX/UI design experience with subscription/e-commerce
• Portfolio showing end-to-end ownership: research to post-launch iteration
• Experience designing subscription-specific flows (billing, retention, churn)
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with Creative/Brand, Platform/Engineering
• Expert-level Figma skills and scalable design systems
• Experience mentoring external contractors and leading projects through design phase

Responsabilités

• Lead UX/UI for the full subscriber journey (signup, plan selection, management, billing, transitions).
• Design wireframes, prototypes, and flows to communicate ideas and improve the funnel.
• Own and evolve the design system, components, tokens, and documentation for scalability.
• Plan and conduct usability studies, interviews, and funnel analysis to drive improvements.
• Collaborate with Creative, Platform, Lifecycle, and Brand to ensure a consistent Bobbie experience.
