Black Financial Consult is seeking an experienced UX/UI Lead for a fully remote role. You will define and drive end-to-end user experience strategy, lead product design execution, and ensure consistency across digital interfaces.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands-on design, design systems ownership, and mentorship of designers, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business teams. Applicants should have a Bachelor’s degree in Design or related field and 9+ years of UX/UI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, CS, or HCI, or related field.
• 9+ years in UX/UI or product design with leadership experience.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product design across web and mobile.

Responsabilités

• Lead UX/UI strategy across multiple products and platforms.
• Design intuitive, scalable interfaces and maintain design system.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and translate insights.
• Mentor designers and raise design quality across teams.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to deliver seamless experiences.
• Ensure accessibility and responsive design across products.
