Responsibilities

• Trace every Lottie asset back to the brief to keep revisions honest.
• Turn rough briefs into polished InVision deliverables for the team to ship.
• Prototype three concepts before selecting the final direction.
• Storyboard and direct photo, video, and content shoots end to end.
• Wring a campaign system from a one-line creative tagline.
• Set guardrails loose enough for senior creatives to surprise you within them.
• Support senior designers through critique, mentorship, and best practices.
• Stage A/B variants to isolate one creative variable.
