Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Junior UX Prototype Specialist to transform Sedgwick’s digital platforms into intuitive, clickthrough experiences that support sales and training opportunities.

Using tools which include Axure RP, Supademo and Ceros, this role builds functional, code free prototypes that demonstrate product capabilities, guide conversations, and help the sales team deliver compelling, realistic demonstrations to prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• Four years of relevant experience including Axure RP usage.
• Experience simulating complex, data-driven scenarios (e.g., forms, states, error handling, role-based views) preferred.
• Proficiency with no-code tools for demos (Ceros, Supademo).

Responsibilities

• Prototype Development: design high-fidelity Axure RP prototypes with dynamic panels, variables, repeaters, and adaptive views.
• Data Preparation & Scenario Modeling: load demo data and craft data-driven use cases (multi-step forms, conditional journeys).
• Responsive & Adaptive Experience Design: build layouts that scale across desktop, tablet, and mobile.
• User Validation & Iteration: run informal reviews, gather feedback, refine interactions and visuals.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with PM, presales, and UX to align demos with features and brand standards.
• Demo Environment Maintenance: organize design libraries and keep content up-to-date.
