Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Junior UX Prototype Specialist to transform our digital platforms into intuitive, clickthrough experiences using Axure RP, Supademo and Ceros. This role builds functional, code-free prototypes to support sales and training, guiding conversations and delivering realistic demos.

The UX Prototype Specialist collaborates with product management, presales, and design to ensure demos reflect latest features, maintain brand standards, and enable engaging, story-driven walkthroughs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
Experience creating and testing interactive prototypes.
Proficiency with Axure RP and no-code tools like Supademo/Ceros.
Ability to simulate complex demos and storytelling in walkthroughs.
Familiarity with accessibility standards and front-end basics.

Responsibilities

Designs and builds high-fidelity Axure RP prototypes that simulate real product interactions.
Creates user-guided software tours using Supademo for interactive demos.
Builds no-code demos with Ceros to support storytelling needs.
Maintains libraries and assets for consistent demo experiences.
Collaborates with product, presales, and design teams to align on objectives.
