• US payroll expert with multi-state experience.
• Strong system proficiency in major payroll platforms.
• Clear English communication and ability to explain tax issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor junior payroll staff for accuracy and growth.
• Manage end-to-end payroll for 15+ states and resolve complex tax issues.
• Oversee withholding, filing, and reconciliation for SUTA/FUTA/FICA.
• Act as SME for ADP Workforce Now and ensure data integrity.
• Lead state tax ID registrations and cross-state compliance.
